Your staff have had a. Duty of care over me for two years now.
Yet the refuse to acknowledge that a persons conditions are real and that they are not lying about it.

There’s the thing.
If I act wrong to your staff they get to punish me.
WHEN they act wrong to me, nobody gives a damn.
I’m fact, I’m ignored.

However, the bottom line is this.
When all the evidence of your staffs behaviour is presented to a judge we both know who’s side they will be on.

We also both know that the threat of court does nothing when it comes to the council. The council will happily let circumstances progress so far as to actually appear at court knowing they will lose.

After all, it’s all about who’s budget gets the hit.

Therefore, next week, my new retired colonel friend is coming with me to court so we can make them aware of this situation.

After all, I have found lawyers who will take my case. Just none on legal aid. Which means I need to raise the money.
Fortunately I have a skill for doing that.

To close, until the council present someone who is trained and able to communicate without triggering, like the other people I have in my life, I have no choice but to safeguard, as the effect of your staffs trigger has me back spending the night believing death is my only solution
