With it comes a document that is a Legal Requirement for ALL in any Local Authority to read and follow.
Furthermore, it is required reading for anyone in a Public Body, such as the Police, to also follow.
Yet the true horror is not that NO-ONE in the 15 year journey the founder of autistic.news has heard or it, never mind read the document.
