Mid Suffolk & Babergh Council Continue Harassment of Homeless Autistic

Once again, Mid Suffolk and Babergh Council decide to attack the Only resident whom is autistic, leaving other offenders unpunished as the photo evidence shows.

Around lunchtime today, Simon Edgley, 53, found that Mid Suffolk and Babergh Council had targeted his possessions for disposal and not any of the other residents.
Photo evidence was quickly taken as this marks the first of this years’ attacks from the Council against Simon.

For nearly three years Simon has lived here and during that time other residents have always stored their stuff in the communal area.
Most of the time, leaving it in the way of others – including even a bag of rubbish left by the other residents this morning.

Yet not once has the Council marked anybody’s stuff for disposal and that is after verbal warning after warning.
Not for Simon, not a single warning – just a notice stating the Council will remove, with no further details.

This attack marks the first of the year against Simon. Given the number and severity of previous Council Attacks, Simon had this to say when asked:

I prepared myself just yesterday to get ready for the Council to attack me again. Not sure why it was yesterday, it just was. Thats one of the problems of being left in limbo like the Council has done. If one is not careful, one begins to forget just what horrors the Council consider Standard Policy to use against people like me.
Only to find, when doing nothing more than just trying to get by without the help the Council has a Legal Obligation to provide, that on the sixth day of this new year – the attacks have begun.
What can I do about it? Play their game.
It matters not that the Council have just targeted me. I know the Council is prepared to stand before a Judge and purger themselves – such is the Hate the Council show towards me. Which is so, so strange, considering the normal type of person the Council has to deal with, like my current neighbours. Whom are openly lying to the Council, which the Council knows, and yet nothing!

It is with great sadness that those of us at autistic.news feel towards any autistic relying on Care from Mid Suffolk and Babergh Council – as the evidence is showing that the Council has decided to continue their Unofficial Campaign Of Harassment and Intimidation of those whom it should be protecting the most – homeless, disabled autistic people.

Below are two photos, one of Simon Edgley’s Bike complete with Removal Notice
and the separate pile of stuff left by the other residents, none of which has been marked for Removal
