Body: This document details a JR concerning Wellbeing and being on the ASC.

It clearly shows that assessments done by people whom do not know autistics means the autistic does not get the care that they need.

After all, the solo premise of the Autism Act, 2009 is: The only person whom knows what help an autistic person needs, is the autistic person themselves.

One of the reasons that this needed to be a Law as if one was to ask a human that question they would say: 6 Lambos, a ten bed Manson and a blonde.
Ask someone on the spectrum and they will probable thank you and then tell you that, for some reason, not to bother as this Law won’t apply to them.
If you did get them to believe it one would be hard pushed to get someone on the ASC to be completely honest about their needs – all due to The Hidden Rule
